    Furthermore, in frame 10 of page 21, the captain sprouts a sixth finger! (Or, at least it looks like a sixth finger. Some readers insist that it’s just the fold in the Captain’s palm.)
    Throughout the rest of the book, the captain’s coat sleeve always has three stripes.

    • The yellow hand: in Red Rackham’s Treasure pages 5 and 6, one of Tintin’s hands is yellow.
    • The yellow notebook: On page 10 of The Broken Ear, Tintin’s red notebook turns yellow for one frame.
